Our premises are located on the Savoie High Tech Park "Technolac". They include an office (4O sq m) and a workshop (160 sq m, including 30 sq m stocking area) with a sectional door (height 3.5m).
Design tools:
Apple iMac 20 p G5, Desktop and Laptop PC , A3 printers and scanner, Internet (ADSL).
Fabrication Tools:
- Milling machine, capacity: 800*450*450 mm. MDF, machinable board, light metals.
- Panel saw, capacity: 3600*2070 mm. MDF, CP, etc.
- Turning lathe, capacity 550*200 mm. Machinable board, PU foams, etc.
- Combined machine for wood cutting, planing, jointing, mortising, shaping.
- Vertical bandsaws 250*400 mm and 125*125 mm.
- Compressed air network and moulding zone with vacuum pump.
- Painting cabin 20 sq m with 200 litres compressor, air dryer, steaming pit and washing machine for spray guns.
In partnership with Société Archimad, we integrate digital milling (capacity 1200*600*250 mm), Machinable board, PU foams, etc. and lucite laser engraving (we recuperate any type of file).
What we use for Deliveries and Installations:
Volkwagen Transporter Van, (capacity: 2500*1400*1700 mm) and, if required, we can use a larger lorry (internal LGV driving licence).
We have duplicated our array of powertools in order to perform on-site interventions.
Concerned about environmental issues, we have signed "Ecolac", the environment preservation chart of "Savoie Tecnolac Park".
